macOS 10.14 Mojave or better — iOS and iPadOS are not supported

8 GB devoted to Convoso services

Free space

40 GB or at least 40% of the main drive — whichever is higher

USB port

2.0 or 3.0 at least one port must be available

Does your computer meet these requirements?

Intel Core i5/i7 or higher, Mac (M1/M2), or AMD Ryzen 5/7 or higher. We do not accept AMD Celeron or Intel Pentium processors.

How do I find my processor information?
  1. Press the Windows key, type System Information, and open it.
  2. Find the row labelled Processor — it shows your CPU name and speed.
  3. Press PrtScn, or use the Snipping Tool, to capture it.
  4. Save the image, then attach it above.
Do you have an internet speed of 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload or above?

Satellite connections are not accepted.

How do I run a speed test?
  1. Go to fast.com and let it finish.
  2. Click Show more info so the upload speed appears.
